Candidate privacy notice

Who we are

Beyond Ads is a performance marketing agency based in Hyderabad, India. This notice covers the personal data you share with us when you apply for a role and as your application moves through our hiring process.

What we collect

• Your application: name, email, phone, location, experience, current and expected compensation, notice period, resume, cover note, and any links you share.
• Interview data: recordings and transcripts of scheduled calls (you will always know when a call is recorded), interview evaluations, and notes from our team.
• If you reach the background verification stage: the documents you submit (such as payslips) and feedback from the references you nominate.

How we use it

We use this data to evaluate your application, communicate with you, schedule interviews, verify your background before an offer, and improve our hiring process.

We use AI tools to help screen resumes, summarise interviews, and draft communication. A human reviews every consequential decision: no candidate is rejected automatically by AI.

Who processes it for us

We share only what each service needs to do its job. These services process candidate data on our behalf:

• OpenAI / Moonshot AI: AI-assisted resume screening and interview summaries
• VeloxHire: AI interview platform used in the first interview stage
• Recall.ai: Recording and transcription of scheduled interview calls
• Google Workspace: Email and calendar (all application communication)
• Slack: Internal notifications to the hiring team
• Meta: Analytics on the public careers and application pages only, never on your private candidate pages
• Hetzner (Germany): Server hosting; your data is stored on our own server
• Cloudflare: Encrypted off-site backups

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your application is being considered and retain application records afterwards for our internal review. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below); deleted records are purged from our systems, including uploaded files, within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to monica@gobeyondads.com and we will respond. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can raise a grievance at the same address, and you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
